To begin your return please give us a call at: 484-660-3432 or send us an email at: fastenerplace@comcast.net. Please be sure to reference your purchase order number in the Subject line and then let us know why you would like to return your items.
30-day return policy: All returns must be made within 30 calendar days from the date the order was received; any returns made after those 30 calendar days will not be accepted.
All returns must be in the same packaging and the same condition was when you received the order.
Any specialty ordered items are non-refundable
All items that have been manufactured to your specific dimensions cannot be returned.
Any freight from the original order will not be refundable
Shipping Costs:
If you return an item for any reason you will be responsible for the return shipping.
Fastener Place will cover the freight charges for any item that we incorrectly shipped to you on our end.
Restocking Fee: Anytime a customer returns an item we as a business are incurring additional costs. We help to recover those costs by charging a restocking fee. These additional costs we incur are things such as the warehouse personnel taking back that item/inspecting it to ensure there is no damage, the time it takes to create the returns and exchanges, and even the supplies we have to use to re-box that returned item. All of that being said if an item is returned there will be a minimum of a 10% restocking fee taken out of your refund.
Please expect 5-7 business days from the date we received the return for any refunds to be issued.
If the item you are returning is defective/damaged and we have to contact our vendor for replacements the refund and replacement process may take longer than expected.
